У статті аналізується радянська історіографія нацистського окупаційного режиму, встановленого на теренах Райхскомісаріату "Україна". У результаті проведеного дослідження встановлено, що автори воєнних років акцентували увагу на злочинних діях окупаційної адміністрації щодо місцевого населення, відсутності в нього будь-яких прав та гарантій, реставрації дореволюційних порядків та поверненні до феодально- кріпосницького ладу.
В статье анализируется советская историография нацистского оккупационного режимана территории Рейхскомиссариата "Украина". Установлено, что авторы военного времени акцентировали свое внимание на преступных действиях оккупационной администрации по отношению к местному населению, отсутствии у него прав и свобод, реставрации дореволюционных порядков и возвращении к феодализму.
The article analyzes the Soviet historiography of the Nazi occupation regime, which was installing on the territory of Reichskommissariat "Ukraine". As a result, of this research was set that the authorsof the war years focused on the criminal actions of the occupation administration to local people, absence of his any of the rights and guarantees, restoration of the pre-revolutionary orders and return tothe feudal system.The author argues that during the& war was a formed school of Soviet scientist who through the application joint research and theoretical framework explained the course and progress of military events, coverage the problem which was related with the operation of the apparatus of the &occupation authorities, to determine the nature of the "new order". At this time, the selection of the empirical base formed the first generalization. During the war was laid the foundation for the formation of a specific version of the war, occupati&onal segment which was based on the following constructions: a) political and social structure of the USSR should have been destroyed, and the area of the country was subject to German colonization; b) actions of management of the Third Reich were no&t only criminal but also had signs of genocide; c) in the work of occupation authorities involved "enemies of the people" and representatives of the former "exploiting classes"; d) occupation envisaged the economic plunder and ruthless exploitation o&f the population, deprivation of the people rights and freedoms granted by the Soviet authorities. Created by the Nazis management system and the legal status of the local population continued to remain outside the purview of historians.
