Здійснено спробу аналізу трансформації сприйняття значимості міфу в давньогрецькому суспільстві та наукових колах XX - початку XXI ст. Визначено поняття боголюдини в давньогрецькому суспільстві, під яким мали на увазі людину, що стала богом, смертного, який отримав безсмертя (у випадку з міфологією) або людину, яка може стати Богом, абсолютом (чи іншою формою вищої свідомості), та так чи інакше подолати проблему смерті (у випадку із філософією). Охарактеризовано технологію становлення смертного в безсмертного на прикладі міфу про Геракла. Встановлено перепони згідно з давньогрецькою міфологією в отриманні безсмертя. Досліджено філософію стоїцизму, епікурейства на предмет людської трансформації. Завдяки міждисциплінарному дослідженню порушеної проблематики відкрито давньогрецьку філософію і міфологію під новим кутом зору і спростовано пересічне уявлення про примітивність язичництва і міфологічного світогляду. Визначено загрози для сучасного суспільства, що спирається на дух матеріалізму. Актуалізованопроцес самовдосконалення та пізнання, у тому числі через вивчення древньогрецької міфології та сучасної психології.
Застосовано такі методи дослідження як: історико-хронологічний, ретроспективний, порівняльний, метод аналізу та синтезу.
The article& attempts to analyze the transformation of the perception of the significance of the myth in the ancient Greek society and the scientific circles of the XX-th - XXI century The notion of the God-man in the ancient Greek society is defined, which impl&ies the man who became God, the mortal who has received immortality (in the case of mythology), or a person who can become God, an absolute (or other form of higher consciousness) and one way or another to overcome the problem of death (in the case o&f philosophy). Characterized by the technology of the formation of mortal immortality on an example of the myth of Hercules. Obstacles are established according to ancient Greek mythology in obtaining immortality. The philosophy of stoicism, epicurea&nism on the subject of human transformation is explored. In the article thanks to the interdisciplinary study of the disturbed problems, the ancient Greek philosophy and mythology have been discovered from a new angle of view and the refutation of th&e average idea of the primacy of paganism and mythological outlook. The threats of modern society, based on the spirit of materialism, are determined. The process of self-improvement and knowledge, including through the study of ancient Greek mytholo&gy and modern psychology, has been updated. The article uses such research methods as: historical-chronological, retrospective, comparative, method of analysis and synthesis.
