The construction of economic models assists a detection of suitable tools to achieve an acceptable state of the economics. The equilibrium approach leads to a determination of factors generated negative processes in the economic system. The investigation aim is to a description of possible equilibrium states of the economic system under conditions of profitable productions of all economy subjects. The equilibrium principles are a Walrasian type. The model uses the approach of an economywith regular interests of consumers. The economy description takes into account a presence of monopolies and insatiable consumers. There is an algorithm of a solution of the equilibrium problem. The solution method is to a construction of analytic ex&pressions of economy characteristics corresponded an individual equilibrium state. The economy characteristics depend on a parameter vector. This parameter vector describes various possible equilibrium states. The suitable choice of the parameter vec&tor results in a detection of an equilibrium state with defined properties. The degrees of a satisfaction of consumers needs indicate the quality of equilibrium states.
