Organic chemists deal with large molecules. That is why they face difficulties during its synthesis. Even well-planned theoretically sequence of actions often makes mistakes, and forces us to go back to the planning the synthesis of the desired substance. This takes much time and& money, especially when the error occurred on the last steps of synthesis, which had required expensive reagents. In this paper, possibilities of using computers for automatic retrosynthesis were researched. Modern views on inside structure of substa&nces and reasons of molecules creation were described, also was shown, that variety of chemical chains have one and the same electrostatic nature, which allows not to distinguish chemical compounds on the basis of its combinations. Non-heuristic sear&ch algorithm of the ways of synthesis of given substance was developed, based on the law of conservation of mass and the principle of minimum energy. On the basis of the algorithm, a distributed program was created using 3 levels of parallelization o&f computations to speed up the calculation. Suggested algorithm was tested on 4 different compounds, and test results showed the possibility of implementation both in scientific research and in industrial production.
