В статті розглядаються особливості міжнародно-правового режиму військового мореплавання у виключний економічній зоні. Розглядаються проблеми, які виникають у виключній економічній зоні у зв"язку із здійсненням військового мореплавства. Зазначається, що більшість країн світу дотримується положень UNCLOS, поряд із цим існує ряд прибережних країн, які намагаються обмежити іноземне військове мореплавство в цій зоні.
Specifics of international law regime of military navigation in an exclusive economic zoneare studied in this article. Problems that happen in an exclusive economic zone relatively to the carrying-out of military navigation are reviewed as well. It is stated that the majority of countries of the world follow the regulations of UNCLOS, however there is a number of coastal countries that try to restrain foreign military navigation in such zones
