Особливості застосування методу зважених балів для районування території за використанням земель для видалення твердих побутових відходів (на прикладі Одеської області)
Для вивчення та оцінки ситуації із захоронення твердих побутових відходів у спеціально відведених місцях розроблений набір показників, що базується на кількісних характеристиках. Показані особливості застосування методу зважених балів при районуванні території за використанням земель для видалення твердих побутових відходів: від прикладів розробки шкал для окремих показників до визначення вагових коефіцієнтів.
One of the most actual environmental problem of municipal solid waste disposal is consideredin the paper. The assessment of situation of the waste removal on landfills and dumps can be done by set of indexes usage. The set of indexes was developed for study and estimation of situation from the municipal solid waste disposal in the specially places, that is based on quantitative descriptions. There are nine indicators proposed by us: numbers of landfills and dumps; area of these places; design area of landfills; design mass of waste will be disposed; the part of territory occurred by landfillsad dumps; number of landfills (dumps) per 1 thousand residents; dynamics of changes in the average area of a single landfill; the average area of a single landfill; the density of waste disposal places. Each of these indexes can be used as a single o&r as a set to territory zoning. The territory zoning by set of indexes allows to investigate the situation, to make comparisons, and to group areas with similar characteristics. One of the zoning methods is do it by weighted scores - the translation &of indicators of specific objects in the partial scores and then complex score getting, which weighty takes into account the scoring means of indicators. The features of application of weighted scores method for zoning by land use for waste disposal &were shown: from the examples of scales development for separate indexes to determination of weighed coefficients. The most convenient method of convenient determination is an expert assessment. The developed algorithm of zoning by land use for munic&ipal solid waste removal by the method of weighted scores is testing on the Odessa region example. The twenty-six administrative districts of the Odessa region were grouped in five groups by complex score, which are presented by map. Zoning by land u&se for municipal solid waste removal is necessary to justify the regional strategy of effective municipal solid waste treatment and problem assessment. The developed set of indicators can include other parameters and applied to any region. Complex sc&ore can be considered as eco-indicator of land use for solid waste disposal. In the future, on its basis it is possible to develop an indicator of human pressure on land resources, creates by places of solid waste disposal.
Для изучения и оценки сит&уации по захоронению твердых бытовых отходов в специально отведенных местах разработан набор показателей, который базируется на количественных характеристиках. Показаны особенности применения метода взвешенных баллов при районировании территории по и&спользованию земель для удаления твердых бытовых отходов: от примеров разработки шкал для отдельных показателей до определения весовых коэффициентов.
