Проаналізовано типи природокористування залежно від особливостей їхньої взаємодії. Розглянуті взаємовідносини різних видів природокористування, об"єднаних у єдину територіальну систему. Наведено першорядні причини виникнення конфліктних ситуацій природокористування, їхнє загострення через дефіцит вільних від використання територій. Розглянуто найбільш розповсюджені конфлікти, що виникають між геотехсистемами різних типів. Обґрунтовано залежність виникнення конфліктів, їхнього характеру та сили прояву від ступеня освоєння території. Запропоновано шляхи уникнення конфліктів природокористування у майбутньому.
Problems essence of the society existence in nature using conflicts conditions, readiness of society to their emergence and spread and effective resolution or prevention are disclosed. To prevent conflict situations is possible only on the basis of geo-ecological approach to placement and combination of naturetechnical system different types, establishing regimes for their functioning unified system of environmental management. Therefore, the main concern should be the study of specific nature using conflicts, the causes of their occurrence and consequences for nature and society in failing to address them. Nature management types depending on& the characteristics of their interaction are analyzed. The relationship of different nature management types, combined into a single territorial system, is considered. The primary causes of nature management conflicts appearance, their aggravation d&ue to lack of free land use are shows. The main reasons are the sharp decline of natural resources due to their ineffective use; breach mechanism of reproduction of renewable natural resources; deterioration in the quality and spatial redistribution &of natural resources; pollution; reducing the number and disappearance of rare and unique nature objects. The most common conflicts that arise between nature-technical system types are considered. Conflict situations arise between water users due to &the water resources simultaneous use of almost all kinds of nature - the industrial, agricultural, recreational and more. Conflicts related to the deterioration of air quality, manifested most strongly in urban areas, where the main sources of air po&llution - industrial, transport, energy and so on. The most dangerous are types of nature using as mining and processing production that conflict with almost all nature-technical systems in adjacent areas where there is not only the extraction of raw& materials and land violations, but also industrial waste pollution of all components of the landscape. Appearance of conflicts, their character and strength of manifestation dependency from the development degree of the area is grounded. Ways to avo&id nature management conflicts in the future are proposed. Priority should respect a number of principles, including the principle of natural economic balance that will prevent concentration of environmentally hazardous industries - causes acute conf&lict.
Проанализированы типы природопользования в зависимости от особенностей их взаимодействия. Рассмотрены взаимоотношения разных видов природопользования, объединенных в единую территориальную систему. Предоставлены первостепенные причины возникно&вения конфликтных ситуаций природопользования, их обострения из-за дефицита свободных от использования территорий. Рассмотрены наиболее распространенные конфликты, которые возникают между геотехсистемами разных типов. Обоснована зависимость возникнов&ения конфликтов, их характера и силы проявления от степени освоения территории. Предложены пути избегания конфликтов природопользования в будущем.
