У статті проаналізовано рівень соціально-економічного розвитку підприємств енергетичного сектору України за 2010-2014 рр. Здійснено економетричне моделювання залежності між соціально-економічним розвитком підприємств та ефективністю їх діяльності. Отримані результати побудованої моделі свідчать, що більше ніж на 90% ефективність діяльності підприємства залежить від економічної, соціальної та екологічної складових соціально-економічного розвитку підприємств.
В статье проанализирован уровень социально-экономического развития предприятий энергетического сектора Украины в 2010-2014 гг. Осуществлено эконометрическое моделирование зависимости между социально-экономическим развитием предприятий и эффективностью их деятельности. Полученные результаты построенной модели свидетельствуют, что более 90% полученной эффективности деятельности предприятия зависят от экономической, социальной и экологической составляющих социально-экономического развития предприятий.
The article highlights the current conditions of socio-economic development of the enterprises in the energy sector of Ukraine. Modern economic development has a number of characteristics that contribute to change in conditions of functioning of enterprises. Changing main factors of production adv&ocates an important component of the enterprises management and needs to be further profound research at current conditions. Increasingly the successful of doing business depends on intellectual opportunities that implemented in the production proces&s. Thus, intellectual, human and social capitals become in the foreground. For today, exactly these levers form the dependable development long-term and competitiveness of enterprises globally and in Ukraine in particular. Analysis of international s&tudies and publications indicates the balance between social, economic and environmental aspects that give rise to the development of energy in Ukraine.
Conducted in the article an overview and analysis of scientific literature on socio-economic de&velopment of the enterprises of the energy sector of Ukraine. The analysis, consist on the author proposed indicators, the level of socio-economic development of the enterprises of the energy sector Ukraine at 2010-2014. There were done econometric m&odeling of relationship between socio-economic development of enterprises and the efficiency of their activities.
