У статті досліджені особливості регулювання конкурентних відносин у національній економіці на державному рівні. Проаналізовано структуру національної економіки в розрізі різних типів ринкових структур. Виявлені фактори, що ускладнюють процес інституціоналізації конкурентних відносин в Україні. Здійснено аналіз динаміки та структури порушення конкурентного законодавства у вигляді антиконкурентних дій органів державної влади.
В статье исследованы особенности регулирования конкурентных отношений в национальной экономике на государственном уровне. Проанализировано структуру национальной экономики в разрезе различных видов рыночных образований. Выявлены факторы, утрудняющие процесс институционализации конкурентных отношений в Украине. Произведен анализ динамики и структуры нарушения конкурентного законодательства в виде антиконкурентных действий органов государственной власти.
The question about institutionalization of competitive relations is matter of topical interest today. There is no single opinionamong scientists with regard to necessity of institutionalization of state regulation in transitive economy, despite of that most of the scientists believes it will bring more benefits than disadvantages. It should be noted that sometimes the state r&egulation of competitive relations may lead to emergence of institutional or administrative monopolism that breaks the market balance by giving some participants an exceptional preferences. In article describes the dynamics and structure of violation&s by anticompetitive actions of Ukraine"s public authorities and also analyzes the structure of national economy in terms of different types of market structures. The factors that complicates institutionalization of competitive relations at the natio&nal level also considers. During institutionalization of competitive relations the state should focus on formation and development of competitive environment, on creation of equal conditions for business, on providing compliance with legislation in t&he competition area and also on permanently monitoring compliance of legislative"s rules with conditions of dynamic development of relations between competitors.
