Висвітлено результати досліджень основних проблем у розумінні сутності зрівноваженого розвитку, причин існування суперечностей у цьому розумінні; ідентифікація ймовірності існування єдиної загальної теорії зрівноваженого розвитку та можливостей і шляхівїї формування та вдосконалення.
Some results of investigation of main problems of sustainable development essence understanding, of main causes for some contraversions in this understanding, of one common theory of sustainable development existence possibility identification as well as of its formation and improvement possibilities and ways are presented in this article.
