У викладеному матеріалі розглядається розвиток заходів примусу у досудовому
та судовому провадженні в період середини І тис. до н. е. – до нашого часу
на теренах території сучасної України.
В изложенном материале рассматривается развитие мер принуждения в досудебном и судебном производстве в период середины I тыс. до н. э. – до нашего времени на территории современной Украины.
In the development of the material considered coercive measures in pre-trial and trial proceedings during the mid-millennium B.C. – to our time on the territory of presentday Ukraine. We consider periods: development in VII–III century B.C. of South and South-East Ukraine, in the Northern Black Sea steppes, and partly in the Crimea Scythian tribes; period of expansion by Sarmatia, Goths, Huns, Ants and sklavyns; period of ancient cities of the Black Sea and Crimea; Bosporus; period of Kievan Rus, and the period of feudal fragmentation of Kievan Rus; period of stay Ukrainian lands in the Lithuanian-Polish state; the heyday of the Cossacks; period of stay in Ukraine within the Russian Empire; period after 1917 to the present. Conclusions that during the first millennium B.C. – to 1832 the term “measures of criminal procedure compulsion” or “preventive measures” did not ex&ist, as there was no separation of procedural tools and software pre-trial proceedings and precautions. The term “preventive measures” used in 1832 in the Laws of the Russian Empire. Precautions acquired its development only to 1927. In these Crimina&l Procedure Code and amendments to them, basically, some of the previously existing safeguards were introduced, and some, on the contrary, were excluded.
