У статті досліджується образ Северина Наливайка в системі координат архетипно-міфологічної типології, а саме – функціонування міфу в художньому світі письменника. На основі історичних наративів про Северина Наливайка автор розглядає можливість існуваннягетьмана як архетипу культурного героя в історичному творі.
This paper examines the image Severin Nalivaiko in a coordinate system archetypal and mythological typology - namely, the functioning of the myth in the artistic world of the writer. Based on historical narratives about Severin Nalivaiko author examines the possible existence of Hetman as the archetype of a cultural hero in the historical novel.
