The article found the administrative and legal status of the specially authorized central body of executive powerin the sphere of state control over observance of legislation on consumer protection. Defined the components of the legal status Stateconsuminspection of Ukraine and analyzed their relationship. Summarized responsibilities and rights of Stateconsuminspection of Ukraine for activities.
To the sphere of social relations regulated by Stateconsuminspection of Ukraine belongs the realization of government policy in areas: state control over observance of the legislation on consumer protection and advertising in this area, public market surveillance state supervision of compliance with technical regulations, standards, rules and regulations.
Author concluded that administrative and legal status of the specially authorized central body of executive powe&r in the sphere of state control over observance of the legislation on consumer protection is a set of rights, duties and responsibilities by which specially authorized central body of executive power in the sphere of state control over observance of& the legislation on the protection of consumers perform its functions, justifies the purpose of his creation and distributes tasks and the order of activities.
To administrative and legal status of the specially authorized central body of executive &power in the sphere of state control over observance of the legislation on consumer protection belongs: 1) the purpose, objectives and functions; 2) competence; 3) organizational and structural unit.
