Статтю присвячено аналізу митних правовідносин за участю митних посередників.
Автор визначає особливості митних правовідносин за участю митних посередників, класифікує їх, пропонує власну точку зору на суб"єктний склад і структуру у вигляді трьох рівнів митних правовідносин за участю митних посередників. Визначається поняття митних правовідносин за участю митного посередника, аналізується сучасний стан розвитку інститутів митного посередництва в Україні.
This article is dedicated to the study of customs legal relations with the participation of customs intermediaries. The author determines features of customs legal relations with the participation of the customs intermediaries, classifies them, offers her own point of view on their subject structure(three levels of customs legal relations with the participation of customs intermediaries). The author defines the term «customs legal relations with the participation of customs intermediaries» and analyzes current stage of the development of the category «customs intermediary» in Ukraine.
