За последние годы в образовании России наметился рост негативных явлений и преступлений. По сообщениям МВД России, объем коррупции в образовании исчисляется миллиардом долларов. В составе преступлений отмечаются злоупотребления, служебный подлог, хищения, взятки и т.д. Исследование причин такого роста показывает, что чрезмерная зависимость от конечного результата, каким явился ЕГЭ и ИГА, имеет серьезные негативные последствия, которые присутствуют на каждом уровне системы образования. Коррупция и искажение результата приняли угрожающий характер для нравственных устоев общества, так как уже не считаются мошенничеством в общественном мнении и не осуждаются обществом. Обыденными явлениями стали подмена качественного бесплатного образования репетиторством, искажение отчетности для улучшения результата, сращивание действий управленцев, родителей и детей в организации подлога, организация сдачи тестов подготовленными студентами
In recent years in education of Russia and the growth of the negative phenomena and crimes. Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia informed that the volume of corruption in education is calculated billion dollars, in the structure of the crimes there are abuses, forgery, theft, bribery etc. Research shows that excessive depende&nce on established standards has serious negative consequences that are present at every level of the education system. Statistics indicates that the cause of the negative phenomena and corruption, is the high rate of testing. Corruption and distorti&on of the accepted menacing character for the moral foundations of society, so as no longer considered fraud in public opinion and not publicly condemned. Commonplace steel: substitution of high-quality free education tutoring, distortion reporting t&o enhance the jointing actions of managers, parents and children in the organization of fraud, passing tests prepared students for the careless and etc. Standards of the (in contrast to the standards of conditions and processes) changed the Russian s&chool. In these conditions, not below the average in the ranking of any cost, began to increase phenomena narrowing of schooling by eliminating all unnecessary for test subjects, tighten on execution of the test tasks, tutoring, distortion of stateme&nts, fraud, forgery and, finally, the substitution of the aims of education, when the goal is to test, not a student. This goal distorts the whole educational process and its result.
