В статье дана оценка научного потенциала вузовской науки России в целом, и в частности федеральных и национальных исследовательских университетов, на основе определения библиометрических характеристик их публикационной активности. В качестве информационного ресурса использовались данные платформы Web of Knowledge, в частности, Science Citation Index Expanded и Journal Citation Reports Science Edition. Выполнен сравнительный анализ распределений публикаций ученых России по разным секторам науки и ее предметным областям. Обсуждается динамика этих распределений за период 2006-2010 гг. Рассматриваются группы публикаций, исходя из типа кооперации исследователей при их подготовке, а также динамические характеристики их вклада в массив публикаций вузовской науки и его динамика.
This article assesses the scientific potential of university research of Russia, in general, and, in particular, the federal and national research universities based on the definition of bibliometric characteristics of their publication activity. As information resource authors used the following data platforms: Web of Knowledge, in particular, Science Citation index Expanded and Journal Citation Reports Science Edition. A comparative analysis of the distribution of publicati&ons of Russian science by various sectors of science and its subject areas is carried out. The dynamics of these distributions for 2006-2010 is discussed. The groups of publications based on the type of researchers" cooperation in their preparation, &as well as the dynamic characteristics of their contribution to an array of publications of university research and its dynamics are considered.
