Стаття присвячена актуальній у наш час темі, а саме впливу та діяльності транснаціональних корпорацій у розвинених країнах та країнах, що розвиваються. Проаналізовано характерні особливості здійснення діяльності та впливу на держави. Виявлено основні тенденції у розвитку держав, пов"язані з діяльністю ТНК. Висвітлено подвійний вплив цих корпорацій на розвиток міжнародної торгівлі, міжнародного поділу праці та міжнародного обміну технологіями. На основі проведеного дослідження виділено позитивні та негативні сторони діяльності та впливу транснаціональних корпорацій на сучасний світ. В кінці розкривається, необхідність подальшого вивчення "феномену" ТНК, та вказується на певні недоліки і можливості для вдосконалення існуючого становища та ставлення до діяльності ТНК і в самих корпораціях.
Article is devoted to the theme of the recent years, particulary the influence and the activitiesof transnational corporations in developed and developing countries. In this article analyzed the characteristics of the activities and influence on a state also identified the main tendencies in the development of countries related to the activity of TNCs. Enlighten the double impact of the corporations on the development of international trade, international divis&ion of labor and the international exchange of technology. On the basis of the study highlighted the positive and negative aspects of activity and influence of transnational corporations in them orden world. At the end is expanded, the need to furthe&r study the TNCs "phenomenon"and points tocerta in short comings and possibilities for improving the existing situation and the relationship to the activities of TNCs in the world and within corporations.
