В статье рассмотрен университетский округ как основная форма университетской среды, наиболее адекватная современному этапу научно-технологического развития высшего образования. Выделены следующие признаки инновационной университетской среды: наличие государственно-общественного органа управления, привлечение работодателей и наличие технопарка.
The article describes the university district as the basic form of the university environment, the most adequate to the contemporary stage of scientific and technological development in higher education. Obtained features of innovation university environment: the availability of state-public management authority to attract employers and the availability of the technology park.
