The article highlights the development of EU-Russia dialogue at present stage. The author examines the key issues that define collaboration in the future - Russia"s accession to the WTO, the upcoming presidential elections in Russia, Russia"s bilateral relations with EU countries. Among the common areas of cooperation the author considers energy sphere and the program "Partnership for modernization".
