With the collapse of the USSR which is considered to be the foundation of the world socialist system, in the whole world and especially in Europe the economical and political integration processes began to strengthen. And in some cases it caused the strenthening of ethnic conflicts as well. As an example we can show the conflict of Northern Ireland. For the sake of keeping their culture, language, traditions and way of life the movements began in this country. Especially the conflicts between Catholics and Protestants in the Ireland made it difficult to solve this problem. As a way out from this conflict London was forced to introduce in Northern Ireland next direct rule.
