It is shown that quantization of the black hole area is nothing but quantization of the angular momentum component. The quantum of area is found. The number ofmicrostates accessible to a black hole is determined. A statistical entropy of a black hole is found; it is not the logarithm of the number of microstates, as for the conventional systems, but is proportional to this number.
