The article is dedicated to the urgent problems concerning delimitation of the Sea of Azov between Ukraine and Russian Federation. The author analyses various opinions on the legal status of the Sea of Azov and proposes a number of pointsthat should be taken into account when making decisions as to its status and legal regime.
