У статті здійснено спробу висвітлити особливості вирішення внутрішньо-особистісних конфліктів, особистісно-професійних деформацій в процесі професійного самовизначення лікарів-хірургів. Основна увага зосереджена на причинах емоційного вигорання, когнітивних конфліктів представників професій групи ризику (в тому числі і лікарів-хірургів).
The attempt of consideration of features of permission of personal conflicts is carried out in the article, personalityprofessional deformations in the process of professional selfreflection of doctors-surgeons. The most general reasons of the emotional burning down are certain, cognitive conflicts of representatives of professions risk (including doctors-surgeons) groups which constantly are in the extreme terms ofprofessional activity.
