Стаття присвячена дослідженню визнання та розвитку права на життя як природного, невід "ємного та нввідчужуваного права людини, а також аналізу першого універсального закріплення права на життя у статті і Загальної декларації прав людини 1948 року. Окрему увагу автор приділяє новим аспектам змісту права на життя та проблемам їх вирішення, зокрема, проблемі визначення моменту початку життя.
The article is devoted to the research of recognition and development of the right to life as natural, essential and inalienable human right. Also the article is devoted to the analysis of the article 3 Universal declaration on human rights as the first international recognition of the right to life. The author pays special attention to the modern aspects of the right to life s content and to the problems of their solution, including the problem of the determination of the moment of the human life beginning.
