У статті розглянуто еволюцію комп"ютерного інструментарію видавців, визначено організаційні та технічні зміни у діяльності видавничих організацій під впливом входження і розвитку комп"ютерних технологій, здійснено прогноз щодо технічних змін у найближчому майбутньому.
An evolution of the technical instruments for editors and publishers; the structural and technical changes of its organization in the time of developing of computer technologies were analyzed; a prognosis about the future changes in the publishing business was made in this article.
