В статье исследуется процесс обеспечения устойчивости мировой банковской системы в контексте задач развития национального банковского сектора. Анализируются факторы и оценивается их влияние на устойчивое и сбалансированное развитие банковской системы.Особое внимание обращается на перспективы реформирования системы банковского регулирования и надзора, положения Базельского комитета по банковскому надзору.
In the article the author investigates the process of maintaining the stability of world banking system in a context of problems associated with the development of national banking sector. He analyzes the factors and estimates their influence on steady and balanced development of bank system. The special attention is given to the prospects of reforming the system of bank regulation and supervision, stipulation of Basel on bank supervision.
