Целью данной статьи является рассмотрение проблемы формирования профессиональной компетентности специалистов социальной работы и факторов ее наиболее эффективного и полноценного развития в непрерывном образовательном процессе. Приводятся результаты исследования уровня компетентностной подготовки специалистов 20 районов Новосибирской области. Отмечается, что непрерывное образование в области социальной работы является одним из важнейших условий формирования новой для нашей страны профессии и ее дальнейшей институционализации в обществе.
The purpose of the article is to consider the problem of formation of professional competence of the social work specialists and the factors of its most effective and comprehensive development in the continuous educational process. The results of studying the level of competence training of the specialists from twenty areas of the Novosibirsk region are given. It is noticed that continuous education in the field of social work is one of the major conditions of formation of this new to our country profession and its further institutionalization in the society.
