В статье обсуждается проблема карьерных компетенций выпускников вузов в связи с требованиями современного рынка труда к личности молодого специалиста. Приводится классификация компетенций, которыми выпускник в различной степени должен обладать по завершению процесса обучения в вузе, чтобы успешно овладевать навыками в процессе профессиональной деятельности и выстраивать свою карьерную лестницу.
The article is devoted to a brief overview of the problem of career competencies of the graduates, requirements of the modern labor market to the identity of the young specialist and his/her career skills. The article describes a classification of the competences which the graduate should possess in various degrees upon completion of the university studies in order to successfully master the skills in the course of professional practice and to build the career.
