Розглянуто суть явища транскордонного злиття і поглинання та його види. Проаналізовано причини, що стимулюють компанії до вибору саме цієї форми зовнішньоекономічної стратегії та можливі мікроекономічні наслідки угод.
The article provides brief description of the nature of cross-border merger and acquisition, and characterizes different types of it. The author analyses the reasons, which simulate companies to choose this form of external economic strategy and shows some possible economic consequences of the deals.
