Europe witnessed the greatest all-european elections to the Europarliament in its history in the beginning of June of 2009. The results of the elections must he taken into consideration and analyzed in Europe and Spain. The lowest turn-out means that Europe has to pay more attention to the immediate concerns of the Europeans.
