Проаналізований зв"язок граничних умов і значення повного топологічного заряду точкових особливостей в плоскому і об"ємному нескінченному магнетику. Показано, що граничним умовам векторного поля далеко від особливостей може бути зіставлений топологічнийзаряд. Топологічний заряд граничних умов і повний топологічний заряд всіх особливостей усередині обмеженої області зв"язані між собою. Це веде до того, що за певних граничних умов на значення топологічного заряду накладаються правила заборони. Розглянуті елементарні комплекси особливостей, що відповідають таким правилам заборони.

Communication of boundary conditions and values of a full topological charge of dot features in flat and volumetric infinite magnetic is analyzed. It is shown, that far from features the topological charge can be compared to boundary conditions of a vector field. The topological charge of boundary conditions and a full topological charge of all features inside of the limited area are connected among themselves. It leads to that on values of a topological charge, under the certain boundary conditions, there are rules of an interdiction. Elementary complexes of the features corresponding such rul&es of an interdiction are considered.
