Розглядаються актуальні питання поняття, види та роль обмежень, пов"язаних з прийняттям на державну службу та проходженням державної служби. Аналізуються різні погляди, які існують з приводу визначення поняття та розподілу обмежень на державній службі. Висловлюються власні позиції щодо шляхів удосконалення системи обмежень на державній службі.
The article is dedicated to the actual questions of the notion, kinds and role of the restrictions, connected with the admission to the public service and passing of it. Different points of view, which exist as to the determination of the notion and the division of the restrictions in the public service are analysed in the article. Our own opinion as to the ways of the refinement of the system of the restrictions in the public servise is advanced.
