Аналізується теоретичне обґрунтування процесу зв"язування держави за допомогою права, в контексті меж державної влади. Досліджуються проблеми типології різноманітних варіантів меж державної влади в дореволюційній державно-правовій думці.
Theoretical basis of the bounding of a state by law is being analyzed in the context of limits of the state power. There being investigated the problems of typology of the variety of the state power limits in the pre-revolutionary theory of state and law.
