У статті досліджуються основні напрями реалізації соціальної функції держави у розвинутих країнах, причини і суть її сучасної еволюції. Автор розглядає особливості реалізації соціальної функції держави у трансформаційній економіці України, доводить необхідність її посилення як умови прискорення соціально-економічного розвитку країни.
In the article it is investigated the basic directions of the state social function realization in developed countries, the reasons and the essence of its modern evolution. The author considers features of the state social function realization in the transformational economy of Ukraine, proves the necessity of its strengthening as condition of the social and economical development of the country.
