Проаналізовано особливості функціонування університетських організацій, зокрема соціогрупову динаміку та спосіб організації діяльності, в період трансформації суспільства.
The article deals with the analysis of the universities from the organizational point of view. It"s finding out their specificity as a special type of educational organizations. Universities" human and organizational dynamics are considered to discover the particular features of universities" organizational functioning, conditioned by the transformation of the society.
