Досліджено мозковий кровотік в осіб, що постраждали внаслідок аварії на ЧАЕС. Виявлено значну реактивність судин головного мозку при виконанні когнітивних завдань зі зростаючим рівнем складності в усіх обстежених. В осіб, які проживаютьна радіоактивно забруднених територіях спостерігаються ознаки вегето-судинної дисфункції та погіршення еласто-тонічних артеріальних судин дрібного й середнього калібру, що проявляється у повільніших змінах церебральної гемодинаміки у відповідь на зростаюче розумове навантаження.
The article includes the results of research cerebral hemodynamic at persons which was exposed to radiation through the accident on Chernobyl Nuclear Station. During research in all inspected was discovering considerable reactivity of cerebrum vessels at implementation of cognitive tasks with the growing level of complication. At persons which live on radioactive contaminated territories are observed the signs of vegetative disfunction and worsening of elasto-tonic properties of arterial vessels of shallow and middle caliber, that shows up in more slow changes of cerebral hemodynamic in reply to the growing mental loading.
