We consider modeling and geophysical interpretation of the obtained results in such fields of geotectonics, as a middle scale folding in sediments and forming of geostructures under influence of differently directed tectonic blocks movements. For solving these geotectonic problems, we use visco-elastic variation finite element method forresolving two-dimensional and three-dimensional problems. At that case, we consider long-term process of deforming of multicomponent geologic environment under acting of the slow geophysical forces. Physic-chemical mechanisms of visco-elastic relaxationin the sedimental crust, at that case, can pass due to diffusion creep and creep connected with presence of water. Such mechanisms lead to the creep processes in sediments with hardening and we can describe it on the base of linear viscoelastic pheno&menological Kelvin-Voigt model. On the base of computer modeling, we have shown that processes of a middle scale folding in sediments mainly depend on acting compressing forces directions, power of the sediment layer, at the same time, from structure& and salt presence in the sediment rocks. We have defined that processes of geostructures forming under influence of the active crystalline blocks mainly depend on directions of the blocks movements, power, structure and friability of the sedimental &rocks.
