The authors analyze the problem of pedagogical training of teachers of higher military educational institutions connecting it with a number of factors. In the article the authors consider that the results of professional training depend on realizing and taking into account individual peculiarities of students, communicative skills of teachers and a store of pedagogical technologies. The application of a complex of methods and pedagogical technologies willsettle the formed contradiction and the problem, the solution of which is precisely in the necessity of ensuring pedagogical training of military teachers to educational activities of higher military educational institutions.
