The origin of quasi-periodical pulsations of the magnetic field, the line of sight velocity, and the intensity with periods of 3-6 and 4-9 min, revealed in pores and intergranular magnetic elements, respectively, with the SOT/Hinode space telescope is considered. The phaserelations between disturbed variables in the case of the excitation of slow magnetoacoustic (SMA) waves have been analyzed. It has been shown that observed peculiarities of pulsations are caused by the generation of the resonance SMA waves in thin magnetic flux tubes.
