В роботі будується загальна математична модель діяльності еволюціонуючих фінансово-промислових структур. В межах даного підходу динаміка розвитку описується системою диференціальних рівнянь зі змінним фазовим простором та переключеннями на кожному з проміжків постійної розмірності.

In work the general mathematical model of activity evolving financial and industrial structures is under construction. Within the limits of the given approach dynamics of development is described by system of the differential equations with variable phase space and switchings on each of intervals of constant dimension.
